Tadpole, Jumping Frog & Tenderfoot Camps:  Pre-K, ages 3-5; June 17-August 2 (7 ind. wks); 9:00am-12:00pm or 9:30am-12:30pm; Woodstock & Lower Washington Parks; t-shirt included.

World of Wonder (WOW):  Completed all-day kindergarten-4th grades; June 12-August 9; 7:15am-5:30pm; Godfrey & Washington Parks. Optional field trip on some Weds. (additional cost).

Tween Summer Adventure Camp:  Completed 5-8th grades; June 17-August 9; 7:30am-5:30pm (times vary on field trip days); McKinley Park and off-site trips.

Outdoor, Nature-based Day Camps:
* Hidden Cove:  Completed all-day kindergarten-1st grades; June 17-July 5 (3 ind. weeks); 9:00am-3:00pm (1 hr. longer on Thurs.); Robert Crown Memorial State Beach in Alameda.
* Trails End:  Completed 2nd-5th grades; July 8-August 2 (4 ind. weeks); 8:30am-4:30pm (1 hr. longer on Thurs.); Redwood Regional Park in Oakland, campers are bused to and from Alameda.
* Trailblazers:  Completed 3rd-5th grades; August 5-7; 8:30am-5:30pm (overnight included from Tues to Weds); Redwood Regional Park in Oakland, campers are bused to and from Alameda.

Berkeley La Crosse Club Camp

Lacrosse Summer Camp for new and returning players, girls and boys, entering grades 1-9.  Come out and play lacrosse, have fun and improve your skills.

Dates:  Monday – Friday, July 15-19, 2019
Time:  8 am – 12 pm
Location:  Tom Bates Field
400 to 408 Gilman St, Berkeley

Who:  Boys and Girls ages 6 – 14 (age 6 by 8/31/19)
Skills:  Beginner – Advanced, players will be grouped by skill with sub groups by age.  Emphasis on skills development with opportunities for scrimmaging.

Cost is $230.  Appropriate lacrosse gear is required and will be available for rental from the club the week before camp begins.  Mouthguards are required and cleats are recommended.  Information and registration at our website or contact info@ berkeleylacrosse.org with questions.

Learn-To-Row Camp

Learn a new sport this summer!  Oakland Strokes Learn-To-Row summer camps are for 6th-12th graders.  No experience necessary!  We offer three different levels for new and experienced rowers.

* 8:30 to 11:30am – Beginning Rowing
* 10:30am to 1:30pm – Intermediate & Intro to Competitive Rowing

* Beginning Rowing – For those who are new to rowing. We teach basic technique, boat handling, and fitness in a fun and no pressure environment.  No previous rowing experience necessary!
* Intermediate Rowing – This is a program for those who have mastered the Beginning Rowing class and are looking for a more challenging environment.  We stress technical improvements and bring in harder workouts.
* Intro to Competitive Rowing – This camp builds on our Intermediate Rowing camps.  Continued technical skills development and conditioning. Athletes learn what it will be like to be part of the Oakland Strokes Competitive Rowing Team.  This camp will have a conditioning component to it, with at least one hour per day will be focused on athletic conditioning.

* Each camp is 1 week long, Mon-Fri.  You can do just one week or all of them!  Held in Orinda and Oakland.
